		<description>WalMart could help by putting a recycling center in every store. The one in Lampasas, TX was discontinued many years ago because it was barely breaking even.  Who cares? It was keeping junk out of landfills! And was not costing anything. 

We need another one NOW. 

We have no recycling center here.
