		<description>Apart from a genuine interest in the insights contained herein, I lost track of an old friend (not sure if it is &quot;The Tim Albinson&quot;) who I had the honor of knowing in a previous lifetime  (sometimes referred to as the late 80&#039;s). Mr. Albinson, if you happened to have a life once lived on the east coast, in the state of Maryland, it would be nice to hear a voice from the past. If, in fact, you were not educated in the State of Maryland prior to your academic and corporate success on the west coast, thank you for taking the time to read this completely random entry.
